Welcome to the best location you can rent that's this close to the only major white sands beach in Kona! This premium unit is located on the 2nd floor & faces towards the Pool & Views of the Ocean & Magic Sands Beach! Walking Distance to beach right across the street.
This amazing unit has a massive lanai with incredible views.

Unit#206 has 1010 interior square feet with a 200 square foot lanai! Washer & dryer in the unit! It comes with a covered parking area under the building.

This unit has NO STAIRS. Very close to the elevator for easy access! Most units here have a few steps in between the elevator bank and the unit, but not this one! PERFECT option for those who have mobility challenges!

This incredible unit features a King Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom & 2 twins in the 2nd Guest bedroom. Full Sized Pullout to sleep 2 more people in the Living Room!

The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table area.
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!

My family and I loved the location because it was right across from magic sand beach! My only complaint is the late check in time. Overall the unit is nice and great size for a condo.

Scuba dive trip for hubby and couples trip

We had a great time at the White Sands. Our hosts were great and the condo was perfect. We were able to sit out on the lanai all day long even when the sun was directly across from our condo. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation in this condo. It is clean, well maintained and in a fantastic location across from Magic Sands beach. Much of this condo is renovated ie.new paint, flooring, lighting, some new kitchen appliances and new furniture.There is everything you need for an enjoyable beach vacation with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and floating aids.The salt water pool and hot tub are fabulous.The condo is centrally located within an easy walk to beaches perfect for swimming, snorkeling, body surfing, sunbathing and sunset watching. We really had an excellent vacation in paradise.My only suggestion is for more than just a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels be provided.Otherwise, the supplies were plentiful. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Kona Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, well out-fitted, and comfortable accommodations near the water and on the main drag that is Ali’i Drive. Our group fully enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and pool table recreation in common area, as well as the beach chairs and boogie board surprise assets at the condo. We did not use outdoor kitchen but plenty others did. Though you can just view a small slice of the ocean from lanai, you are so close you can hear occasional lifeguard PA announcements, which were very infrequent and kind of set the whole scene. The “magic” was not on our side during our stay, so the White Sand Beach was more of slippery rock entry, at your own risk, which we did and all went well. But that was the only bummer. Super great central location for driving to other beaches. 1 mile away is Kahalu’u Beach Park, which has fantastic snorkeling and view of sea turtles. Easy enough to get to Kona historical sites, beaches, snorkeling, surfing, canoeing, and boating opportunities, including manta ray experience, and restaurants, all within 30 minutes drive. Kohala up north or southern tip will take longer but that is the Big Island. Lots to do and see, so have your swimsuit, snorkel, taste buds and of course wallets at the ready. As with any Hawaiian island, do some prep reading on culture, historical and water safety before going, and leave with the ALOHA spirit.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over it’s an ok place to stay. Nice to have the beach right across the street. It’s nice that’s there’s at least one Resturant with in walking distance. Wasn’t to happy about grumpy old ppl who live there. They gave the young ppl dirty looks 😂! I had a 3 year old with me that is sometimes in pull-ups still. They didn’t want her in the pool 😡. Ok. Something that was annoying was when I message to ask if there’s more trash bags , toilet paper , paper towels..... the response I got was we include a starter pack. Not once did I get offered to have more. So we ended up buying our own. Hopefully management leaves that there for the next customer. We even bought some coffee for the house and water to donate to next customer 😆.
