The profile is misleading
The house has 2 separate apartments. There is 1 bathroom in the first unit. When I searched for available homes in the area, nearly all of them listed 1 bathroom. This particular home seemed like it had 2 bathrooms according to the profile for the account - 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, it seems like the hose is counting the number of bathrooms in both apartments, which were not available as 1 rentable unit. It doesnt help me to know there is another bathroom behind a locked door that I can't access. For any traveler, there are amenities that are required or preferred at minimum. For this family trip, I prefered to have more than 1 bathroom. I was disappointed with the post, and the owner's disregard to my question about the 2nd bathroom once we arrived. I never received a response to that question. All other questions/communications were responded to. If you're looking for a home with 2 bathrooms, please look at the Zillow post for the home first to compare what the public site says is available in the home and then confirm that with the owner (and that you’ll have access to those amenities before booking). Also, you need to take pictures or video of the inside and outside of the home if you think you’ll have any complaints at all in the near future. "Pictures or videos are the only way to escalate a claim/complaint" with Vrbo. It all feels very like a bad customer experience especially for the total price. All in all, look very closely into the details beforehand.
