This property is on 3/4 acre and the home is 1,400 sq. foot. On your way in, you will see cows on the hillside and a fresh water spring that flows continuously next to the house. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee sitting on the covered back patio overlooking the meadow and adjacent barn. They may also find themselves laying out in the meadow on a dark, starry night to watch the stars and lightning bugs.

A fire pit is located outside the main entryway, however it is subject to the daily burn ordinances of Buncombe County.
The entire house is supplied by spring fed water with a UV filter.
The house has recently been outfitted with a fully fenced back, side, and front yard. This is perfect for your fur babies or little ones.
