With multiple living areas thoughtfully designed to accommodate gatherings of any size, Timberland Retreat is perfect for family vacations or friendly reunions.

Imagine indulging in the ultimate relaxation across six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring plush king-size beds with 12" memory foam mattresses. Four of the bedrooms offer the luxury of their own full baths, while two family suites on the top floor provide both a king-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa, ideal for families with little ones. The lower level is a paradise for kids, with a dedicated bedroom featuring fun bunk beds and additional sleeping options to ensure everyone has a cozy spot.

Entertainment is always at your fingertips with flat-screen TVs in every bedroom and living area. Cozy up by the gas fireplace in the main floor living room or head downstairs for some lively fun with air hockey or poker in the family room.

Step outside to embrace the outdoors with a visit to the nearby luxury clubhouse, where you can splash around in the outdoor pools and splash pad, perfect for making family memories under the sun. This home and property is smoke free. You will be fined $300 if we find evidence of smoking in the home or outside property.
Please make sure all remotes are left at the property. If we are missing any remotes after your stay, we will charge you $25 for a replacement.
We only provide starter consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, etc. If the starter supplies are not sufficient for your stay, please check out our guidebook for the nearest store to purchase more supplies for yourself and guests.
-Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
-This is a smoke free property. Please refrain from smoking/vaping. If evidence is found, including smell, there will be a $300 fine.
-This is a pet free property. If evidence of a pet is found, there will be a $250 fine.
-Parties are NOT allowed.
