Quiet neighborhood area with a great walking each night and easy access to the Ocean from this home for great fishing!! Home is a single family home with a second level, 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 baths as well, Master Bedroom downstairs off the living room with access to the pool deck area. Nice Large sliding doors off of the living room and kitchen. Great full bath that leads outside for easy access to take a shower before coming into the home? Outside shower as well, to rinse off. Large pool that can be heated or chilled for the hot summers and cool nights. Large Spa that is attached to the pool with a nice waterfall feature. Lounge area and umbrellas to cover up from the heat, two BBQ grills on site with a green egg to cook all your catch that day. Great gas stove inside with a fully equipped kitchen to make all the meals with ease. Please remember this is a 28 day minimum stay no less, and the home is kid friendly and we allow snow birds, home is new the rental area.
