This newly built duplex is stylish, comfortable, modern and has all the comforts of home. It is set in a beautiful woodsy property, very quiet and safe. Conveniently located down a country lane with easy access to the 101 and the charming cities of Arcata and Eureka. Many hiking, tourist attractions and sightseeing areas north of here including the State and National Redwoods parks. We really enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

Duplex

A very pleasant stay in the woods with frequent visits by Bambi and her fawns. Ana and Erez are welcoming hosts who genuinely want their guests to enjoy themselves. Listed as a house, this is actually a half a duplex with a long shared wall You will hear the neighbors. Most of the time it was minimal, but there was one group who enjoyed what sounded like bowling on the concrete floor after midnight.

A charming, cozy, and beautiful place to stay!

We had an absolute wonderful stay. The place was brand new. I believe we were the second people to stay there. They built the place themselves and did an amazing job! It's a simple smaller place, yet felt huge inside and a lot of room. All the appliances and fixtures were upscale, including the cabinets and shower. It looks and feels like they put a lot of time and money into the house and did it with love. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen is amazing! The stove is awesome. The living room has a very nice couch, too. The house itself is a duplex, but we never heard the folks next to us once. We couldn't believe how quiet it was. You feel like you are in the country with mountain views around you. They also care about your comfort. They made sure we were happy and were ALWAYS available if we needed anything. They are certainly kind and caring folks. We highly recommend staying here! Thanks for being such wonderful hosts! We will definitely be back! Dan and Paula
