Brand new 11 Bedroom 8 bath compound, sleeps 24 people completely private, a 10 min walk from the beach and one block away from Garnet Ave where you will find the best of Pacific Beach Restaurants, local coffee, Yoga, grocery stores, cross fit, bars etc. This is the best and most unique space for any large group traveling for any occasion!

This is a one of a kind space perfect for any large group! Whether it be for bachelor or bachelorette party, group team building event, work conference trip, conventions, family reunions etc.
The whole building is yours, along with a massive furnished roof deck with views! You will also have 2 private hot tubs with garage doors! All the units are brand new, fully outfitted with everything you'd need. We also provide very high quality linens, towels and products fro our guests! We are also locals so if you need our help to plan anything at all we are here!

- There is no smoking of anything inside the house, if our cleaners notice any smoke we have an extra cleaning fee of $250
- Pease don't ruin our sheets or towels, if there are stains on our sheets towels or any other bedding, we will be charging you per item
- Please only stay with the amount of guests you specified in the reservation.
- Our cleaning fee covers the basic cleaning costs, it does not cover any destruction of the unit. If the space is left extremely messy we will be charging a 20% up-charge, as directed by our cleaners.
- Please do not eat or spill any alcohol inside the hot tub.
- Please note check out is 11 am, we give you a 20 min grace period. After that grace period is up we charge $30 Per 1/2 hour
- QUITE HOURS ARE IN AFFECT AFTER 10 PM. THIS IS A CITY OF SAN DIEGO ORDINANCE AND THEY TAKE IT VERY SERIOUSLY, IF THERE IS A COMPLAINT THE POLICE WILL BE CALLED
