Location is key. This gorgeous condo awaits you and your family in the quiet beach community of Eagles Landing. This condo has all the creature comforts of home. Situated just off Route 1, you are surrounded by shops, restaurants, nightlife and only a half mile from Rehoboth Avenue. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the first floor. The community has a pool, tennis courts and walking paths. The home comes with one allocated parking spot and several areas to park an additional car.

This home does not require the guests to use steps as it is located on the first floor. This home has 2 bedrooms equipped with queen beds, closets, dressers, ceiling fans and window treatments. Two full baths, a dining area with 4 chairs and 2 additional chairs located at the kitchen counter/bar area. Screened in porch to relax along with a nice sized living room with pull-out queen sleeper sofa and ROKU tv. Full kitchen and free washer and dryer in the unit.

Guests can access the home via the digital keypad on the front door, codes are given out the morning of your arrival.

In an effort to keep costs down, this rental does not supply linens or towels. If you want to bring your own, please do. If you would like us to supply the linen package to you (Linens, Washcloths, Hand towels and Towels) please let us know after you book. The cost for this service is $80.00 total.

Rehoboth beach stay

We stayed at this property for 4 days. It was in a nice area and close enough to the beaches. Condo looks exactly like the photos.

Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was great for our family, it was close enough to the beaches, but out of the mix of the rush of things. It was very quiet and was nice having access to the pools. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. On arrival, there was an issue that came up with the ac. The host was extremely responsive and had it fixed within hours, he went above and beyond. Would stay here again.
