About this property

Country living, 45 mins to the beach on acreage.

16 acre farm with birds galore, quiet setting at the end of a dirt road. 8 acres of trails to explore. This is front porch living at its finest. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Its only 45 minutes to Navarre Beach, Pensacola Beach and downtown Pensacola or stay close and take a walk downtown historic Milton. Bring your pony and ride the trails at the infamous Coldwater Horse Trails @ Blackwater State Park. The Blackwater River provides great kayaking and fishing or just hang out and enjoy a nice fire under the stars. Horse pasture rental not included in daily rental fee. We are located in north Milton off of Forest Hills Ln and Hwy 89. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a rural setting on our farm. Want to vacation with your pup, bring him/her along, as the farm is mostly fenced in(not small dog proof). Note: this is an actual farm with horses, a couple of cows, chickens, and a miniature donkey.
