What makes this property unique
A frame house overlooks the salmon river, the salmon river is fast moving, shallow and full of large rocks, it is not the river you would swim in.Fishing is allowed if following the county fishing rules and regs and you have a fishing license. The road leading to the house is one lane and very rough with HUGE potholes - not advised to drive a low profile car to the home if it can be avoided however it is only about 200 yards of rough road. Speed limit is 5MPH on the rough road.No pets left alone in house unless crated No pets on furniture (we provide a couch cover in the pet basket) Pets must be on leash when outside of property Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately (bags are provided in pet baskets)
