This end-unit home is a 5 minute drive to the beach and just a 15 minute walk to restaurants, grocery stores and local boutiques. It's also one of the closest units to the community pool - just a 1 minute walk.  You can't beat the location.

This luxury townhouse spares no expense. There are 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2.5 baths that offer plenty of space and are beautifully decorated. Park your car in the 1-car private garage. There is also space for 2 cars in the driveway. There is a fully stocked gourmet kitchen for all the chefs out there. Enjoy cooking your own meals or ask about local chefs that can come to the home and prepare meals for you!

Relax in the comfortable living room while you stream your favorite programs from the smart TV. During the colder months you can use the electronic fireplace which keeps the living area warm and toasty.

Last, but not least, enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the back patio overlooking the beautiful lake. There is also a propane grill for those that love grilling out! This is one of the most private homes in the community since it's an end unit and has space between neighbors.

We also have plenty of beach equipment for you; beach chairs, beach towels, a wagon and more!

Just in case the weather doesn't cooperate for the pool or beach, we also have books and plenty of games to keep you entertained.

FLETC TDY is also accepted.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
