This is a quiet gated community located just a few blocks from the beach. Enjoy Main Street restaurants, shopping, and nightlife located walking or biking distance from this property. There are two bikes available for your pleasure. Beach towels and accessories available for a fun day at the beach. The property is pristine and boasts a water feature right outside the front door. It's easy to enjoy the southern California sun, sea air, and bird watch from the furnished patio. With no AC in the unit, you will be amazed at the sea breeze that whisks through the condo when the doors or windows are open. On a cool evening please enjoy the gas fireplace situated in the comfy living room. There is a community pool and BBQ area with bathrooms, outside shower, and a small gym. (with key access) Single car garage and one assigned covered parking space. From this property it is an easy bike ride or walk to the famous Main Street and Huntington Beach Pier. There is live music almost every night and tons of attractions. HB is known for the annual air show, car shows, and surfing competitions. There are plenty of locals and vacationers if you enjoy people watching.
If you are California Dreamin' this is the place. It is the perfect spot to spend a month or two working from home and feel like you are on a vacation. Warm days and cool evenings are ahead.

It's been my lifelong dream to own a home near the southern California coast. I spent my adult life reaching goals so I can own a place near the beach. Now I get to share it with others. I was born in California but raised in a small New Mexico town. I eventually made my way back to California but have a great appreciation for my small town New Mexico roots!
