Newly remodeled home in downtown Ketchum.
Walking distance to Main Street Ketchum.
This home has all new appliances, a kitchen nook for breakfast or a dining room that seats 8. The laundry room has a large washer and dryer, a bench with cubbies and hooks for coats and shoes. The backyard offers a gas fire pit surrounded by 6 large chairs. Perfect for evenings after a soak in the hot tub. The deck also offers an outdoor dining table as well as a gas grill.
The garage accommodates 2 cars.

The house is walking distance to the tennis and pickle ball court at Atkinson Park. Walk to the big wood river or walk into town. Walk to the mountain and hike the Bald Mountain Trail.
During the ski season you can walk a block and take the bus to the base of the mountain.
