Gulfport Landing #1 is a spacious (700 sq ft) first floor 1/1 apartment just steps from the water and only one block from the vibrant Gulfport arts and entertainment district! Well equipped for long term stays, the apartment features a king size bed, fast wi-fi, 50" smart TV, central HVAC, off street parking, and laundry on site.
The property is professionally managed by Copeland Morgan LLC, a local property management company.
If you want to explore Gulfport, this is the perfect location! The building is one block from the water's of Gulfport Beach Park on Boca Ciega Bay, as well as one block from Beach Blvd and Shore Blvd (Gulfport's two main drags, with numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and breweries). Gulfport is extremely walkable and is a lot of fun. The Williams Pier is also just a couple of blocks away. We are just close enough to walk to everything, but just far enough away to get out of the hustle and bustle and avoid most of the noise from the bars.
The apartment is equipped with a wi-fi enabled smart lock to maximize convenience and security for our guests.
The apartment has a large living room, small dining nook, medium sized kitchen, and a large bedroom with a king bed.
