It sleeps 6 comfortably with one King bed and a set of bunk beds, and a pull out couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, as well as both Keurig coffee maker and regular drip coffee pot. There is also a charcoal grill! This house has high speed internet with Smart TV for streaming.

Last Minute Get-a-way

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: LOVED the Little House -- We didn't need a big place for the weekend. Just wanted to get out of the city, hear the waves, & see the stars. Seagull Shores was the PERFECT place! Will 100% rent again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect stay for girls weekend. Perfect walking to the beach. When they say no amenities, they mean it, so make sure you bring everything you need.

Great property but not maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was okay. When we checked in, the kichen was dirty and so was the king bed. The property mgmt company did not offer any service to clean the facility, so we had to do it ourselves. The pillows had bad smell too.
