The ground level master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite full bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower and a smart TV. The second ground level bedroom offers a queen bed, the third ground level bedroom has a full bed while the loft 4th bedroom overlooks the living area & has 3 full beds.

Long term stays (30+ days) are plus utilities and $1000 security deposit. Minimum first month's rent due to confirm reservation.

LONG TERM CANCELLATION POLICY - Host will retain rent collected to date of cancellation. Rents will be refunded, minus a 10% cancellation, if the property can be rented to another group for the time frame that has been paid in full. This may require renting at a lower rate to get it booked.
