Welcome to Magnolia Green! This modern rustic home is perfect for small families and couples! Access to the beach is a just few miles away and with a popular dining and shopping district also nearby, Magnolia Green makes for the perfect home away from home. When not up for leaving home, cozy up on the comfy sofa afront the TV in the open living area or enjoy provided games on the lawn of the oversized private backyard.

Driving to our home via Car is the most convenient form of transportation. There is parking for two vehicles in our driveway and one in the garage.
CLEANING: Magnolia Green is a 5-Star Hotel experience and to do that the Host will ensure that the unit is adequately maintained, kept clean and tidy. This includes (but not limited to) garbage removal, providing clean sheets and ensuring you have a clean space to stay. The designated cleaning time is between 11:01am-2:59pm. For stays over 14 consecutive days, unit cleaning every seven days is required. The Host will provide you notice of the days they will need to enter. If the specific time or day does not work, you will need to reschedule with the Host.
ACCESS AND AMENTITIES: Guests must meet the minimum age requirement of 25 in order to book. The booking party must be present throughout the entire stay with accompanying Guests. Exceptions apply and must be approved with Host prior to scheduled stay. Government-issued identification for the booking party is required prior to check-in. Amenities are reserved solely for the use of the registered Guests. Visitors are allowed with pre-approval from the Host. A service fee of $55 will be charged for each additional unregistered person accessing the premises. Approved visitors must vacate the premises by 10pm. In no case shall any unregistered Guests stay overnight in the unit. Unauthorized overnight Guests will subject you to an additional daily overnight stay fee of $85 per guest. The maximum number of guests (including approved visitors) permitted on the property at any given time is 8. The booking party shall remain in control of any and all parties (including minors) on the property and shall accept all liability for such, including any persons allowed on the property for visitation.
EARLY CHECK-INS: We will always do our best to accommodate early check-ins but we ask for grace in understanding that early check-ins may interfere with our cleaning crew’s schedule and thus may impact our ability to accommodate you.
LATE DEPARTURES: Please be advised Guests are given a 15-minute grace period to vacate the premises. Departures beyond 11:15am are deemed late and will be assessed a $75 fee unless a request has been made and approval has been granted. Requests must be made no later than 24-hours prior before your scheduled departure.
SMOKING, SECURITY AND SAFETY: For your safety, this is a non-smoking/vaping property. This means there is no smoking/vaping allowed neither indoors or outdoors. Violation of this rule is subject to $500 penalty. There are smoke alarms are located in the adjoining hall and in the main living area; and a fire extinguisher located on the kitchen counter. A First Aid Kit can be located under the kitchen sink. There is one security camera affixed to the top right corner of the garage. It will be on during throughout your entire stay. Tampering or disabling any security device or any clearly locked areas is strictly forbidden and may result in the Host discharging Guests, and/or may subject the Guests to damages levied by the Host, and/or local penalties of the law, fines, or all the above. If an event should occur where the devices are activated or sounded, you should proceed to the nearest exit. In some cases, depending on the event, that exit may include the window of your room which is designed to stay open when lifted to allow for easy egress.
PETS: No pets in any capacity are allowed on the property. A fee of $300 will be levied in violation of this rule and you will be asked to immediately vacate the premises. If however, your pet is a service animal please provide answers to the following questions:
1. Is the assistance animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?
PARTIES, EVENTS AND NOISE: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed on the property. Violation of this rule is subject to immediate forfeiture of the stay and a $3000 fee. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. We will do everything within our power to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, but we also respect our neighbors. Noise detectors may be on site which will indicate intolerable noise levels. Should this occur, Guests will be fined as follows:
1st noise complaint – Warning issued
2nd noise complaint – $100 charge applied
3rd noise complaint - $300 charge applied and/or at the Host’s sole discretion, you may be asked to vacate the property and are not subject to a refund.
COMMERCIAL USE: For any filming or photo shoots, written permission from the Host is required. Without the prior authorization of the Host, a fee of
$3000 will be levied upon the Guest.
DRUG USE: If Guests are suspected of carrying, selling and/or using illicit drugs of any kind, regardless of any local, State or Federal laws, Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
