Our lake house offers 2 steam rooms, games room, commercial grade kitchen, 2 wood fireplaces, lake access from the yard & multiple outdoor decks/seating areas including an expansive patio with BBQs, firetable & amazing views! Games room w/ Billiards, Gitoni, Poker & Ping Pong tables. Enjoy beautiful sunrises, jump off the dock/swim in the lake, roast marshmallows around one of the fire pits! The home is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday on Lake Simcoe- 30mins from Barrie/45mins from T.O!
No parties or large events
No pets allowed unless discussed directly with host prior to making booking.
Please observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am to respect neighbours.
No smoking allowed - evidence of smoking will be charged security deposit.
We are on septic therefore, please do not place cigarettes, alcohol, cooking oil, objects, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, coffee grinds down toilets or sinks.
