The space
The area is 68 square meters. The apartment has 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, laundry area and balcony

- Equipped with smart door lock, the digital password is extremely safe and easy to use.
- Living room with soft sofa, extra chill lazy chair and 50 inch internet smart TV, with free Netflix account.
- The master bedroom has a king size bed for 2 people 1.6m wide and a closet and table for supplies, with a window with natural light
- The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen bed that sleeps 2 people 1m45 wide and a wardrobe and table for supplies.
- The balcony area is extremely chill with a view from the 12th floor to the play area of the building and overlooking the view of the City, with a set of tables and chairs, green trees along the balcony to make you feel at home.
- The bathroom is equipped with a shower with 2 modes of hot/cold water, 8 towels/stay, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, one-use toothbrush and toothpaste, and hairdryer.
- The dining area has a dining table and 4 stylish chairs.

- Please do not smoke inside the house. There will be a penalty of 100 usd if any proof of smoking are found in apartment like smoke, ash....
- Please do not eat or drink on beds in bedroom. If beddings get dirty and can not clean it, guests need to make compensation to replace dirty bedding
- No drugs or any illegal actions in property.

If you go from the airport, take the GRAB or MAI LINH taxi companies, VINASUN to our apartment which will take 30mins.
