This 2 bedroom unit is located on the second and third floor of the complex (end unit) and features a spacious living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen, half bathroom, and balcony on the main level. Up the stairs, you will find two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms and balconies. Located conveniently in the hall between the bedrooms is a full size washer and dryer. The living room has a sleeper sofa for added sleeping space.

Any snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often.
