This three-bedroom / three-bathroom luxury condo of 295 sqms, located on the ground floor of a 3-story building, has a spacious private terrace directly on the Cabarete beach.
Cabarete Beach Palace residence is right on the beach and is walking distance to everything: clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shops, etc. - no vehicle needed!
Standard occupancy is 6 people + 2 kids under 12.
This condo has everything you need:

- 3 bathrooms (one in each bedroom)
