Nice Retreat
For a 2 night stay, the cabin was very nice. There were a couple of little quirks (running out of hot water in the 2nd shower and no toaster), but nothing that ruined our experience.

Great fpr a short break in Vermont
The cabin is small but comfortable and is equipped with everything we needed. It needs a curtain on the door and a kettle would have been useful. But otherwise, it was a great place to stay. And we loved the kayak and the lake!

Serenity
Great location. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Used it as a base for day hiking trips. Very clean. Nice fire pit. Was able to cook. Bathroom set up is different but fine. Owner was very responsive. Id stay here again with no issues.

Love this place!
I fell in love with this tiny house just by the pictures but once we arrived I fell in love even move. Everything was as stated. Super clean, super comfy. Near the lake. We didn’t get in the water but could have used the kayak or boat. We will definitely return in the future!

Lake getaway
We enjoyed the convenient location for a day in Montreal and a day on the lake. Paddling North along the shore was a great experience- beautiful cliffs! The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fine. The shower had a good outdoor feel and nice water pressure. The outdoor seating was a nice place to relax and birdwatch. Great value for the reasonable price. Would stay there again!

Perfect Little Retreat
Nice minimal, clean, tastefully decorated cabin. Very short around the corner walk to Lake Champlain. We used the available double person kayak and had a beautiful excursion on the lake. Rt. 7 access nearby for nice biking routes. Spotless internet service in the cabin.

Enjoy nature simply
Perfect for our weekend stay. A classy alternative to camping in a superb area. The place is very well kept and clean. The toilet is small: while quite ok for the Wife and I as we are small persons, it could be annoying for large or heavy persons. The owner was very quick and helpful on all communication. Enjoy!

Cute and Rustic
The cabin was really cute and set against beautiful wooded trees (but you're still really close to other cabins/houses). The lake is truly just a 2 min walk away and is beautiful. The bed was comfortable but this is a small studio cabin. The kitchen, living area, and bedroom are all one room. The bathroom is in an indoor/outdoor space. I wouldn't recommend this cabin from more than a couple of nights as the toilet has limited capacity and it is hard to cook in the small space. The grill is rusted and one of the kayak seats is broken, which were two things we were looking forward to using. But the host is really responsive and this is great for a short stay.

Peaceful and beautiful
My partner and I stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. Kayaking on the lake at sunset was absolutely beautiful, there was only one other boat visible on the lake other than us while we were out there. About 40/45 minutes from Burlington and the drive back and forth is pretty scenic. We are pretty sensitive to hot temperatures at night, but the AC and two ceiling fans in the unit kept us nice and cool. As the description states, the toilet technically flushes however is not connected to running water, but we did not find this bothersome for a few nights, and we enjoyed being able to listen to the birds/seeing the trees from the top of the screen while showering, it was a unique experience. We used the portable stove top every day to make meals in the unit. No issues with the wifi, worked totally fine, we used the TV in the unit for streaming. Only semi-issue we found was that the front door (which faces the road and other houses) does not have blinds or a curtain on it like the other windows do, and the unit is one room, so we ended up taping a large trash bag to the door frame from the inside so that the room was not visible to the road, however this was not a huge deal and easily something we could fix while we were there. Responsive host. Thank you for a great stay!
