Relax on your private fourth floor balcony 80 feet from the ocean. Perfect for watching the sunrise, changing tides, waves, and beautiful sunsets. Condo is full of all basic necessities from towels, sheets, pillows, pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, blender and coffee pot. Full size microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. This is a 4th floor - 2 bedroom/2 bathroom spacious condo located directly on the ocean! Less than 2 miles from the Malecon and restaurants. There is 24/7 gated security parking. The pool, spa, palapas and beach chairs are all public areas.
