The studio is centrally located for those who want to visit Seattle, Portland, &/or Olympia. Also a great stay for those who want to visit attractions such as Mt. Rainer, Mt. St. Helens, or the Olympic Mountains. Walking distance to Hicks Lake, close to numerous restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and easy access to the I-5! The studio is over 400 square feet with it's private entrance & deck, BBQ grill, firepit in the yard, bathroom, fully stocked kitchenette/bar, and indoor wood stove for those who want to get cozy on a cold day. The only shared space would be the laundry room and yard but all guests will have their own privacy.
