Main level full bath and laundry. Upper level has two separate bedrooms and full bath with soaking tub/shower and double sinks. Mallard Lakes amenities include multiple pools, hot tub, pickleball, tennis, and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, a playground, fishing & crabbing pier, and kayaking.
