New Purchase! House is located near all the fun of central - south Grand Lake, with your own private dock!

Updated pictures of the main house are shown.

Secondary unit just steps away to be completed by Memorial Day. Building a bunk house with loft to sleep an additional 10-12 that will include a large open space for activities (ping pong, bags, create your own!), additional living and bathrooms. Progress pics of the remodel status to be uploaded as we go.
