About this property

Timbers - Rainforest House

Make our 1700 square foot post and beam abode home base for your trip to The Pacific Rim. Walk from the property to the National Park's trails to the beautiful sandy beaches of Florencia and Half moon Bay. Enjoy reconnecting with family and friends in the substantial open concept living space featuring fifteen foot vaulted ceilings laced with skylights. Collaborate with friends in the spacious kitchen or enjoy a beverage at the Island while telling stories of a days adventure.

The space
Vaulted ceilings adorn the thousand square foot open concept kitchen, living, and dinning area of the home. The kitchen features a gas range and stainless appliances. Ample counterspace, cupboards appointed with appropriate cookware, and a large island with bar seating are sure to inspire the chef. A farmhouse table welcomes 8 guests for feasts of local fare. Retire to the living area for after a days exploring and relax around the woodstove. The smart tv gives access to movies while fiber offers live events and cable.

The three bedrooms sleep six comfortably between three beds with the option of adding a double and a single bed to the largest bedrooms, accommodating a maximum of eight.

A laundry room with new stacking washer and dryer offer guests the flexibility to do the odd load during their stay. Especially beneficial for families and those on extended visits.

Guest access
The 3 bedroom main house on the property is for your groups enjoyment during your trip.

As we have 4 cabins and a caretakers suite (suite attached to back of this home) on the property we ask all guests to please respect each accommodations privacy and don't go wandering around the acreage. The house has plenty of parking with space for 5 vehicles (and med sized boats and trailers) right in front of the house. A new barbeque stands under the mortice and tennon front entry for your grilling enjoyment.

Other things to note
Timbers can be setup with up to six beds for your group. There's 3 permanent beds (2 kings, a queen), and three moveable beds (double, and two singles). Three beds fit in the largest bedroom (king, double, single), two beds in bedroom two (queen, single), and a king in the third bedroom. A single bed can also be staged in the living space depending on your group preference. Please let us know how you'd like Timbers staged for your group if utilizing more than four beds.
