'V' is located within Lake Las Vegas Resort area, 17 miles from the World Famous Las Vegas Strip. The villa is atop the highest point of LLV Community with stunning views of the adjacent golf courses which includes the renown Reflection Bay, as well as Lake Mead and Lake Las Vegas.

Once you enter the Resort, the view on either side of you will amaze you, beginning with the tranquil Falls Waterfall to your right and the Vegas Strip to your left. A touch of Italian Renaissance greets you once you reach the gated community with incredible statues and architecture.

Once you have arrived at the Villa, you will be greeted with all the amenities of home with our fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area. Open the patio doors to take in the view from the tee box of the 3rd hole of Reflection Bay Golf course.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, washer and dryer, private Master Ensuite which includes a separate stone-tile shower with downpour shower head and a jetted tub. Dual sinks add to the charm. Wake up and see the desert sunrise or relax with the sundown from our private verenda. 2 walk in closets and a King Sized bed complete our Master Bedroom.

Our two Bedrooms located down the hall provide all the comforts of home with a Queen sized bed in one room and two twins in the other. All Bedrooms are equipped with Flat Screen TVs.

Located mere steps from the Villa is LaCasa Di Agio Community Clubhouse. There is an indoor kitchen with a full sized fridge, food preparation area as well as a full oven range. The 3,500 square foot clubhouse features a cutting-edge fitness center, game room, club room, and a multi-terrace pool area with a Renaissance-style spa grotto, sunning beds, water gardens, formal pool,cabanas, cool-off rain showers, and a outdoor 'living room' with fireplace and barbecue center. '

You are minutes away from the Montelago Village where you can experience the fine restaurants, cafes, unique shopping and free entertainment year round.

A very special Place!

This was our 3rd vacation at the V and it will most definitely not be our last. If you are looking for somewhere to totally relax whilst at the same time have all the benefits of Las Vegas a mere 30 minute drive away then this is the place for you! With outstanding views of the mountains beyond the lake there can’t be many better places to drink a glass of wine in the company of friends / family!

So peaceful and quiet! Beautiful pool area also!

Loved my condo! Owners did everything to make it great for us! You need a car to get anywhere but so peaceful and beautiful there! Gorgeous heated pools and hot tub. Grills , fire place and very comfy chairs in gazebos to sit in shade too! I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Best Stay Ever

This property has the most beautiful view u can imagine. Sitting on the patio a must. The owners are always gracious and available for any questions. Check in was worry free. The property itself was immaculate and very welcoming. The layout of the property is fabulous. This was our third stay at the V and this was the best out of them all. Highly recommend and yes, we are coming back!

Oasis in desert

We have spent 2 months in Conney's and Ed's home, and couldn't ask for anything better. Very comfortable home with all you would want to have for a longer stay. Outstanding views from the patio over the lake and the mountains. We have traveled for winter escapes for a number of years, and this home/location takes the prize. Great pool area and first class gym for the fitness/leisure time. Close to the Vegas entertainment, but far enough to be an oasis in the desert. Thanks Conney and Ed for sharing your lovely home!

Our Family Vacation

Myself, husband, daughter and son (both of whom are adults) had a fantastic stay in this lovely villa. It was true to the decription given and equipped with everything you need and more! The views were stunning. The photos were good and gave an accurate view of the unit.The clubhouse was as described, just steps away.The pool area was beautiful and as the temperatures on some days reached 103 degrees was well used.Temperatures we Brits are not use to! We loved the strip, our kids more so, but we were glad to return to this peaceful haven. Being so close to Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam was great. Conney and Ed were very helpful during the rental process. For this we thank them. We would not hesitate in recommending the villa and would like to return again someday!

The villa is exactly as described... photos accurately reflect the rental... everything was in place, unit was clean. The location is fantastic with beautiful views. We really enjoyed the Hoover Dam Tour. We will try to stay here again if we have an opportunity to return to Las Vegas and would recommend this unit if you want lodging away from the strip.

Villa at the V in Lake Las Vegas

I would highly recommend this lovely Villa to anyone looking for a quiet place for a vacation. It was well equiped and very comfortable. It was near the club house which had a beautiful heated pool and a nice work out room. The owners were very helpful. The pictures posted were very accurate in what the accomodations were to be. I would certainly consider going there again.

Recent stay on Via Vasari

Our stay was ideal!. Great owners, easy instructions, use of club house hours was great for us as we are early risers and the club house is open early and closes late. Swimming pools clean, entire grounds were well maintained. We'll return. John and Jane Rosegard
