Everything we needed was there. Loved having the room to move around unlike hotels. Loved having the kitchen to cook breakfast in. The beds are so comfortable. If I had to make one complaint it would be that the master bathroom could use some extra light. Kinda dark when in the shower. But that wouldn’t stop us from coming back to stay here. We would definitely come back!!
Not overly impressive from the outside, but WOW on the inside. Very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Having a second bathroom was a blessing when traveling with two teenage boys. The mattress was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on and the boys’ room even had an arcade table. There wasn’t much of a view, but we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the nearby rushing creek. We would gladly stay here again.
This place was located just off the main strip, so it is away from the noise, etc. but close enough to enjoy Gatlinburg. The apartment was very clean. I loved the bed! It was not a cheap, stiff mattress. We mostly just recouped from our days of hiking at the park, so we didn't use the pool. It looked very nice though. We would stay here again.
Property was clean and appeared well maintained.
Communication with the host was fine as he was responsive to my questions. A few subtleties: This condo has two floors, so for those physically challenged it may be an issue. Second, the first floor was entirely a slate/tile floor, which is less comfortable than carpet. Third, the second bathroom was on the first floor away from the second bedroom upstairs so you had to climb back up the stairs after using. Fourth, no laundry in the condo as advertised, though there may have been a central laundry for the condos that I did not find. Fifth, no shampoo that some condo owners provide, and only a small hand soap bar. The electric fireplace gave off almost no heat. No automatic icemaker in the fridge.
We ended up buying some ice as we were picnicing in the Smokies. TV/entertainment system was good. In general, this was an older condo that had been remodeled so was nice enough - I would probably stay there again - but, certainly not up to the standards of newer condos.
