This two bedroom beachfront condo with bunks is perfect for families hoping to find treasures of their own on the sugar-white sand. The comfortable condo sleeps eight thanks to a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, bunk beds in a cozy cubby and a queen sleeper sofa. There's plenty of room to spread out in the expansive living room that features brand-new furnishings, a flat screen TV and all the comforts of home. A fully-equipped kitchen allows you to save by dining in before you head out.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering, the rental was clean and as the photos depicted. Upon sitting on the couch, we noticed that it was very worn out and we could feel the “guts” of the couch as we sat down. The beds were very noisy. Anytime I moved during the night, the sound was so loud of squeezing, I woke my husband up. We loved the chairs in the living area! They were super comfy. We would love to stay in this unit again if the bed and couch were updated. The inside of the dryer was also very rusted. All in all, we enjoyed our time in 2309 as we love treasure island and it is the only place we will stay while in PCB.

Last minute booking
We booked this condo very last minute and we’re thrilled when we found a place that had everything we needed. The building itself was well kept up and the elevator wait times were minimal. Access to the beach was very convenient and the pool clean with plenty of chairs. The unit itself was clean and overall comfortable. The furniture in both bedrooms and the living room could use updating, but for the amount of time we spent in the unit, served its purpose. The AC in the unit also had a hard time keeping up with the heat during the day, sometimes it was as warm as 74 degrees during the day. It cooled well at night, so sleeping was comfortable. Overall, we were pretty happy with the unit.

Great Facilities & Dated Condo
Treasure Island does a great job keeping up the facilities! Super location and unbelievable views! Condo was dated and not well equipped. There were two pots in the kitchen. The toaster was broken and there wasn't even a baking sheet. The legs on the outside table were so rusted that it was uneven, and you could not use. The furniture was worn worn and stained.

Awesome view of the Gulf! Short walk to a beautiful state park. Beach was pristine and perfect for walking. Royal American was great dealing with any issues. We would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

The whole setup of this property is awesome. The views from the balcony are worth every penny spent and hour driving from Wisconsin to get there. The property was clean all around inside and out. I will be back

Family Fun for The 4th of July
We had a great stay in this condo. Thought the 23rd floor would be too high but turned out to be a great view of everything - especially the fireworks! Love the super huge walk-in master shower with dual heads. Easy beach and pool access. Only issue was the water went out once during a shower in the 2nd bathroom but cane right back on.

Overall i like the location especially the on the beach location but the only downside was that they only have 4 elevators for the whole 23rd floor occupancy which would take us really long time to wait. I also wish there would be ice machine for sale in every floor. The experience was good.

This property did not have much more than a hotel offers. We had to purchase all the things a person would need to set up their first house. Towels, soap, paper towels, toilet paper. No condiments of any kind. Door falling off frame, missing cable box, broken lounge chair.

To the Owner: Your condo is beautiful. Treasurer Island is very clean. Beautiful views and really nice heated pool. However there were no hangers for our clothes, no toiletries in second bath, and one of the doors missing on the bunk beds. I sent message to prop MGMT when arrived and received zero reply. Royal American is not representing your property in the best way.

Amazing views and great access to everything
This property had amazing views and easy access to marinas for Deep Sea Fishing, restaurants, and relatively easy 15-20 minute drive to Pier Park. Would definitely recommend.

Christmas on the Beach
We take a sibling trip each year. This time, we decided to start on Christmas Day. Our trip was WONDERFUL! We were ON the beach, our balcony view was spectacular. Heated outdoor pool, outside hot tub. didn't want to leave! We will stay here again!
