Located in Edf. Premium Stella Maris, with great infrastructure and location, with a sea view pool, my space has a modern, decorated and integrated environment. Located close to Stella Maris Beach, Catussaba Beach and Pedra do Sal Beach.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**Reservations over 25 nights will be charged for energy consumption;

***A deposit of R$800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The apartment accommodation is composed as follows:

Suite: 1 double bed, smart TV, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.

NOTE: We have 1 double sofa bed in the living room.
