NOTE: Nightly Rate is based on 4 guests. Extra Guests $25.00 Per Person per night. The sliding scale allows us to make our home affordable to many different sizes of groups rather than setting our rent at a higher base rate for the entire home. We do verify the number of guests during your stay so please provide accurate information.
