Stepping into the living room is like entering a cool, friendly oasis. The smooth tile floors will feel especially wonderful underfoot after you return from the hot beach, while the sunny colors and bamboo accents of the furnishings and brand new 42" HDTV. Not only is the large couch wonderfully comfortable for afternoon naps, but it also unfolds into a bed that sleeps two. That’s in addition to the two full bedrooms the condo that sleeps six altogether.

Sliding glass doors open onto a screened-in patio. Because Ocean Village Club J14 is on the ground floor, you’ll have a close-up view of the beautifully maintained grounds. You’ll even be able to bask in the fragrance of the flowers growing on the other side of the screens.

Back inside, the living room’s new, previously mentioned TV, DVD player, and VCR are perfect for watching your favorite shows and movies. And if you like to play board games and cards, our dining table is going to see a lot of action on this vacation! It seats up to six and is well lighted—just what you need for that cutthroat Monopoly battle! Of course, you can actually serve meals on it too, which is where the handy pass-through counter in the kitchen comes into play. There is also free wifi inside J14.

Whether you plan to cook up gourmet feasts or simply reheat the leftovers from your various restaurant dinners, you’ll find what you need in our well-equipped kitchen. The full-size refrigerator/freezer make it easy to stock up just once at the grocery store, and all the appliances—microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, plus an oven and stove—can get you out of the kitchen and into the sunshine in a flash. We've got a full complement of cookware, dishes, and utensils too. There's even a stacked washer and dryer, so you can pack nice and light.

The primary bedroom has all the comforts of home, and more besides a comfortable king-size bed, an LCD TV, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is light and cool as well, with a queen-size bed, plenty of closet and bureau space, and a TV. This bedroom is conveniently situated near the second bathroom. Fresh towels, linens, blankets, and pillows will be waiting for you—one less thing you need to think about.

There’s the luscious St. Augustine Beach, of course, as well as our two fabulous pools, one of which overlooks the ocean, and both of which are surrounded by decks, chaises, and just enough palm trees to give you the option of chilling in the shade or drying off in the sun. There are also two tennis courts, four shuffleboard courts, and a picnic area with grills. In addition, the on-site clubhouse has a fitness center, free wireless web access, a guest computer, and even a library. The large second-floor event room has two decks and a full kitchen, making it ideal for a reunion of family or friends.

Within walking distance of the complex are restaurants and shops. And mere minutes away by car are Marineland, the historic Old City of St. Augustine, movie theaters, and miniature golf. Even the Orlando theme parks are just a day trip away.

A cozy round table with two high ironwork chairs is the perfect place to set up the laptop and say hello to your friends back home; we've got free wireless for your convenience! Stay involved in the action even while you cook up the catch of the day or blend frosty fruit drinks in the kitchen. Fully appointed and spotlessly clean, it offers a full-sized fridge, stove, and sink, plus a dishwasher and every convenient appliance you might wish, from a microwave to an ice-maker. Only one pet is allowed per Ocean Village Club rules. An additional $50 pet registration fee is required and collected by Ocean Village Club. Breeds not allowed: Pit Bull, Chow, Rottweiler, German Shepard, and Dobermans.
