The cottage that is disconnected from the main house is housed by permanent tenants, the area inside the black fence is for THEIR PRIVACY AREA ONLY.
There is no parking in the rear of the house. That area is parking for the tenants in the cottage. Designated parking for guest has markers out front.
Please be sure NOT to use wood burning fireplace inside as we are converting it into gas.

Best Family Place to Stay for Everything!!
Joseph’s property truly couldn’t have been better! It exceeded our expectations and we happily utilized so much he had available. We BBQed one night, kayaked twice, I took morning walks with my coffee to King’s Bay Park, and we loved using the bikes as a family to get around. Kids and I took the golf cart for shopping one afternoon, and a dinner date for my husband and I. Beds/linens were top notch comfy, and we hung out in the evenings in the yard playing the games and enjoying drinks. We have been to CR a few times before, but now insist we have to stay here again when we return! Huge thank you to Joseph!
