Open Floor Plan in this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with tiled bathtub, sleeps 5, Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, quartz counters, pull out Sofa in Living Room and separate bedroom with queen bed, and bunk area with extra storage on top of bunk.

The beautiful and serene views of the ocean and nice sunsets. This villa has been remodeled to today standards of what guests want for a beach get away. Perfect for a couple, however there is a pull-out sofa and bunk for additional 3 people.

This location on S. Forrest Beach Dr. is a short walk to Tiki Hut, Coligny Square, restaurants, and the new Celebration Park. Bike rentals available to hop on and ride on the beach or the 50+ miles of trails on Hilton Head Island. Close to Sea Pines entrance, golf and tennis.

This villa has an ideal location. It is located in an area that you can walk or ride bikes to restaurants or bars, and you can ride a bike on the beach during low tide.
