Welcome to our Lake Cliffe condo with majestic lake and mountain views, located in walking distance to downtown and is across from the shores of Lake Dillon.

Situated on the 2nd-floor of Building E, this unit offers panoramic views of Lake Dillon, The Ten Mile Range, Gore Mountain Range and Buffalo Mountain. The Dillon Amphitheater is just across the street.

Perfectly positioned across the street from the Dillon Amphitheater with the Keystone Ski Resort just down the road and hiking/ biking trails around the corner.

Our 2BR/2BA condo offers everything you need. It is stocked with amenities and has a fully equipped kitchen, including pull-up bar seating.

The Clubhouse features a heated indoor pool and two large hot tubs.

The living room features a queen sofa bed, a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV. With an open floor plan, there is plenty of room to accommodate large families and groups comfortably.

The dining room can easy fit your whole party at the table with a mountain view like no other.

The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, flat screen cable TV and an en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and full-size washer and dryer.

The 2nd bedroom has full size bunk bed with a twin on top, cable on a flat screen TV and its own en-suite bathroom.

The private balcony is where lake and mountain views await, providing the perfect backdrop. Catch a free show at the Dillon Amphitheater from the balcony!

This 2BR/2BA unit comfortably sleeps 6 people, with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Bathroom amenities are included (free toiletries).

The Summit Stage bus stop is across the street allowing you access to 5 of the area's renowned ski resorts—including Keystone and A-Basin (just 7 miles away).

Walk across the street to the Dillon Marina, while nearby eateries like Pug Ryan's Brewing Co. offer great walk-able dining options.

Golf aficionados can tee off at nearby courses in Keystone, Silverthorne, and Breckenridge. Plus, with the Summit Stage bus stop located across the street, exploring the county's treasures has never been easier.

Located right in this community are picnic tables, horseshoes, and a hammock in the outdoor courtyard amidst the stunning mountain backdrop.

Nearby, a charming park awaits, offering a playground for little ones while adults soak in the surrounding beauty.

We take pride in our guest service and support. There is a "Welcome Book" in the kitchen area, designed to help make your stay as seamless and smooth as possible. We also offer a 24/7 emergency contact (contact info found in the Welcome Book).

**Please Note**
1. There is no elevator! You will walk up 1 flight of stairs to the 2rd floor, where the mountain views await.
2. The building HOA is strict on parking. Two HOA specific parking passes are located in the “Welcome Book” inside the unit. ($150 fee if not return after your stay, HOA enforced)
3. Camper trailers and oversized vehicles CANNOT be accommodated onsite

PARKING:
*IMPORTANT*- The H.O.A. will tow any vehicle without a parking pass. There are two parking passes in the front of the "Welcome Book". Make sure passes are in your vehicles at all times during your stay. $150 replacement fee from the H.O.A. for parking passes not return to the front of “Welcome Book”.

CLUBHOUSE:
Key Card is in the front of the “Welcome Book”. The hot tubs and salt water pool are in the Clubhouse, located across from building F. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets. Hours are from 10am-9pm daily. Key Card must be return to the “Welcome Book” at check-out to avoid additional replacement fees.

SKI LOCKER:
Key is in the lock box and the ski locker is located across from the front door.

FIREPLACE:
Fireplace on/off is a push button timer located on the wall by the kitchen. Do not adjust gas this will turn the pilot off. Due to high winds, pilot may blow out. If pilot needs to be relit email us right away. We will be right out to relit the pilot during normal business hours. For emergencies ONLY, gas turn off valve is under fireplace behind cover plate.

SLEEPER SOFA LINENS:
Linen set can be found in the master closet. Pillows are in the bedroom closets.
(If used, leave sleeper sofa open and sheets left on for House Keeping to remove)

CABLE TV & STREAMING:
All TVs have Xfinity Cable TV. If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on a smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.

WASHER & DRYER:
The washer and dryer are located in the master en suite bathroom. You are provided with detergent found above the washer & dryer.

THERMOSTATS:
There are 3 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom and one for the kitchen and living room. Do not leave any clothing or furniture touching baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.

COOL AIR:
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.

TALKING TRASH:
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When kitchen trash is full, please take bagged trash out to the dumpster (right side when walking out of this building) during your stay.

LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES:
If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found in the dining room closet. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, please contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after check out, include this property name in the email.

ELECTRICAL PANEL:
Electrical box is located next to the fridge in the kitchen should a breaker trip.

EMERGENCIES:
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
