Rustic meets Modern in this comfy open floor plan cabin, it's the perfect place to stretch out & relax after a day of traveling or adventuring. The Cabin features a new Mini Split Heating and Cooling system, stainless steel appliances & a fully stocked kitchen, as well a BBQ Grill. You'll also find cornhole and horseshoe pits for a little entertainment in the backyard. The cabin has a fun dining area with breakfast bar & your own in-house laundry.

* NEIGHBORHOOD - Please note that the Cabin is located directly behind a friendly and quiet trailer court on the outskirts of a small rural Montana town. It's usually pretty quiet here, but you may hear children playing in their yards, ATVs & diesel trucks, dogs barking, interstate traffic in the distance or the sound of a train traveling through town on the other side of the river. On rare occasion you might even hear the volunteer fire department siren go off. If you are a really light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs, but we don't get many complaints about noise. One of the best things about St Regis, no light pollution, so as long as there aren't too many clouds, you should have an amazingly clear & crisp view of the stars and the Milky Way at night.

* FAMILY FRIENDLY - We provide a PACK-N-PLAY and a HIGHCHAIR booster seat if you are traveling with babies or toddlers. You'll find some kid safe plates, bowls and utensils as well as some games, books, puzzles, etc. to help keep your youngsters entertained.

We have a maximum of 3 pets. Pets cannot be left unattended inside the home unless they are in a kennel. We ask that you do not allow your pets onto our furniture or bedding. There will be an additional fee for UNANNOUNCED animals of $50/night.

* BEDS - There are 3 Queen beds, 2 in the loft with a sturdy ladder access. There is also a full size Hide-Away Couch bed available to sleep on.

Fun cabin experience

We stayed in this cabin the evening before our family rode the nearby Route of the Hiawatha bike trail. It was a clean, comfortable, quiet, relaxing stay after a long day on the road, and a convenient drive to the trailhead the next morning. The host communicated with us well, and her instructions were easy to follow to find the location. Additionally, we enjoyed our jaunt through the town for huckleberry shakes and to play a round of mini golf. The bathrooms, kitchen, and modern appliances are a nice touch to this otherwise fun, rustic cabin experience. Beautiful location.

Just one night was enough

This cabin was interesting to say the least. It was clean and pretty much had all the amenities we needed. Would love to have known the history behind it as it was clearly a hunting cabin at some point. There was a ladder outside that was connected to a strucure which a hunter would hang their game. When we first walked in it smelled pretty musty. Maybe because it was an older log cabin? Fortunately there were A/C units in each room so we were able to open windows and air it out. We had to laugh at the way things were "made to work". It was very rustic in many ways. Like the bedroom bath which instead of installing a a full one piece shower/bathtub stall it had vinyl shower curtains on both sides of tub to protect log wall along with peel and stick vinyl tiles. But hey it works I guess! The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable and the pillows were nice and full. We didn't use the loft but the ladder for it was really steep. It was made from an old attic ladder. The loft itself had some nice matresses on the floor. The couch bed was broken and made a horrible noise everytime you shifted your weight. With that said, we only stayed one night so we just dealt with it. The location was not ideal. It was behind a not so nice trailer park. It was fully fenced as stated but any intruders would easily be able to climb it. Approximately half of the two acres had grass at least waist high. cthmain gate entrance. It was on ahgraweof. M
