The Casita by the Sea is a brand new home in the Costa De La Vela gated community.
It is central and near restaurants and shopping. Located across the street from Pizza Brosa and the Thursdays farmers market. And just a quick walk and you are on the beach!
This casita is a gem. Beautiful rooftop patio with views of the sea of Cortez. 2 king size beds. Beautiful and modern design. WiFi.

A perfect place to relax after a day of adventure in this beautiful town known for kite surfing and world class fishing! This is a new development and our casita is one of the first to be completed. The pool is not heated.

We fell in love with La Ventana the first time we visited on a kite surfing- yoga retreat. We returned to La Ventana every year for 5 years, we knew it was eventually going to become our home away from home.

We chose this casita for its proximity to local restaurants, the beach, and the market. It is an ideal spot!
