Living in France for 33 years and have successfully let out the cottage for 27 years Taken a break and now back which is why I don’t have any recommendations on this site but I have a guest book dating beck to 1991 of very happy visitors and some returned up to 22 times!

Why they chose this property

The Lot attracted me because of the light, colours, the lovely white stone houses and restored villages and bastide towns the symbiotic relationship between small colourful farms and gites and tourist attractions It’s very peaceful and it’s got a microclimate

What makes this property unique

It was built for holidays Its light bright airy and has a superb view of the south facing panoramic valley
Single story and a pretty secluded garden. set in 12 acres with wooded walks directly from the garden
