About this property
Vail Mtn Vista | Contemporary Vail Home
Full of sleek design and stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valley, this luxe contemporary home makes a wonderful base for year-round adventures in Vail. Enjoy a newly installed hot tub, a true gourmet kitchen, and an East Vail location that's incredibly convenient to skiing and hiking.
This multi-story home (with an elevator serving all floors) sits just north of I-70, nestled at the foot of the mountains in East Vail. You'll be a few minutes' stroll from the free shuttle, allowing you to easily reach Vail Ski Resort's 5,317 acres of terrain, the restaurants and shops of Vail Village, and the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens. Booth Creek Trailhead (a third of a mile), Vail Racquet Club (two miles), and Golden Peak Pickleball Center (just over two miles) are even closer to home.
After a summer day spent hiking the Booth Falls Trail (within walking distance) or playing a round at the Vail Golf Club (two miles), come home to unwind with a gorgeous mountain view on the shaded deck. The same spectacular vista awaits inside, in the open great room with its floor-to-ceiling windows, in the primary suite upstairs, and in both bedroom suites on the bottom floor.
At the heart of the home is a top-of-the-line chef's kitchen offering Thermador appliances (including double ovens and a gas range with a pot filler), bonus features such as a wine fridge, and an immense island with bar seating. Take your meals with a view of the mountains at the live-edge dining table, and gather for movies by the fireplace as the setting sun illuminates Vail Valley.
Each of the five bedrooms has its own cable TV and attached bathroom, including a chic primary suite with the top floor all to itself. There are two bedroom suites - one with direct patio access - on the middle floor, and two more - one with patio access - downstairs. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided for your convenience as well.
Note:
- There are 3 driveway spots available for parking at the home.
- The free town bus stop (Booth Falls - Westbound to get into town) is located 0.3 miles down the hill.
