Great location!
Overall, a great place to stay but it wasn't ideal for our needs. Pros: - great location - lots of amenities, towels and toiletries - fully stocked kitchen - great toys, books, and safety measures for kids - excellent decor/vibe inside the house - large outdoor space in backyard - very thoughtful and attentive host Cons: - no central A/C - not all the beds were the same comfort/quality - 4th bedroom being in the airstream means it is not an all weather room We loved the indoor and outdoor spaces. It was a very clean, comfortable place to hang out. The location was ideal for our trip to the zoo! The challenge for our group were the sleeping arrangements. We needed all 4 rooms. It was very cold and raining for our first night so the bed in the airstream wasn't a comfortable option for anyone in our group. There's no bathroom in the airstream so that person would have to walk outside in the rain to access the bathroom inside the house. The basement room was not an option for my aging mom because there's no handrail to get down there. We shuffled and made it work but it took away from our experience in the house.

Kid friendly family weekend getaway
Great property to rest, relax, and enjoy time with friends and family. Kids enjoyed the playroom and backyard. Adults enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and spaces to relax and socialize. Great location for proximity to Garden of the Gods and Pike's Peak and also restaurants & grocery.
