Great place to stay being so close to glatlinburg downtown while still being away ffom crowds and in the middle of nature. Beautiful view of mountains from the patio. The owner is very responsive. Place is clean and meticulously maintained. Loved the game area and the massage chair was a blessing when i was tierd.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay at the Owl's Nest! It was clean and had a lot of ammenities - there were even bear sightings. It was a very relaxing environment. We came down for a quick get-away, but I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely try to book this again when we visit.

Owl's Nest is our new favorite place to stay

Clean, convenient & so many animals to see outside! Great hosts. My husband so bears here for the first time in his life ...we have been vacationing here in the Smokies for years so that was a big deal!

Great place to relax and unwind.

We were very happy with the accomodations. Very comfortable and cozy. It was the huge for the two of us and could easily accommodate five or six. The hot tub on the deck was FANTASTIC; you can look at the mountains during the day or watch the gondolas go up and down the mountain at night. The drive up and down the mountain wasn't terribly fun, but that's Gatlinburg for you.

Great Host, Property and Location

I highly recommend this property to any family. Very accommodating to pets, fantastic views from the balcony jacuzzi. The cabin is spacious and has everything you need. Less than 10min drive into down through the mountains. Bears are very active in this neighborhood and we were able so see several. We will be back. Thank you, Carol, for being so responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

The BEST place to stay in Gatlinburg!!!!

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon, we have come to Gatlinburg a lot and stayed at a lot of different places out here, this rental is the best around, the view is unimaginable,and it’s by far the clearest I’ve ever stayed.The owner Carol and Tim our so sweet and really made us feel at home. We actually extended our honeymoon because of this place! If you are searching for good hospitality and one of the best view and affordable then you have to check this out.

Charming chalet with an amazing view

Stayed here with my family of 4 over Spring break. Was perfect size for our family. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful view of the mountains. Located close to downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park. Roads are a bit steep and narrow up the mountain. We saw a bear not far from the cabin. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great weekend!

Our first time in the smoky mountains, the cabin was beautiful! Very clean, comfy beds, it really felt like home. The view is beautiful. Our power went out around 4am on Saturday but literally came back on a few hours later. We slept thru it anyway lol. Great communication with the owners. We would definitely stay here again.

Regular weekend family trip to Gatlinburg

We visit Gatlinburg several times a year and stay in chalet's off ski mountain. First time in this property. Good views and the kids enjoyed watching the tram from the hot tub.

Perfect Family Getaway

My husband and our 4 boys (6,7,13,18) enjoyed our stay at Owl's Nest. We visited right before Christmas. The cabin was decorated for Christmas and had an awesome view of Mt Laconte and the boys enjoyed watching the tram going back and forth to Ober Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the coziness of the cabin and sat by the fire(bring your own it's expensive at the little store) every night and watched Christmas movies. The hot tub was an added bonus and was really nice even in the winter temperatures. The master bedroom was very spacious and the beds were comfy. The boys enjoyed their upstairs space which included an arcade game. Great location. We visited Dollywood, The Sky Bridge, Ripley's Aquarium, MTN Coaster and strolled Gatlinburg. To get there be sure not to follow GPS!! Continue up Ski MTN road. We would definitely stay again. The host are very attentive and available to answer any questions you may have.
