Welcome to our cozy apartment located in the heart of El Paso! This centrally located spot has easy access to the freeway and is minutes away from Fort Bliss, downtown, and UTEP. The small but comfortable space is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for an affordable stay in the area. The property has a mini-split AC and heating unit which allows you to have complete control over the temperature in the apartment. Stay cool and comfortable during the hot El Paso summers! Please note that this is a basic apartment for those looking for budget-friendly option without compromising on comfort and convenience. We have a few other units we rent out on the property.
