BEWARE
I'd give zero stars if possible... Our stay was a disaster! The email said 3pm check in, the cleaners were there till 5:20pm, leaving us waiting outside. The gate remote was "lost" and we could not pull in our cars until after 6pm or unpack the cars. The house was completely unprepared, laundry tossed in the kitchen, load of laundry in the dryer, dirty dishes the dish washer, pillows w/o pillow cases. Broken glass in the kitchen which a guest cut his finger on and bled quite badly. The 2 bed 1 bath pool house was w/o power for the entire stay. Two guests who were going to stay in the pool house had to bunk up with others in the main house, this was the biggest issue. Turns out the owner new of the power issue and said nothing and did not fix it before or during our stay. The pool had no power either and was full of leaves and algae. We were unable to use the pool or spa because it was cold and disgusting, leaves were everywhere on the pool deck and was very untidy. This is not a luxury property, the inside decorations and furniture or cheap. I would not recommend anyone stay here. The owner/manager of the property, Josh, he had the audacity to call us dishonest when we continually raised our valid concerns to him, a very poor host who no one else should have to deal with. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this property and this rental company!
