Beautiful 4 bedroom+ in Midland, Beside Park, Fenced Front yard, Access Ramp
Located in a quiet neighborhood next to a large park area. Fenced front yard. Master Bedroom has a Dual-Side, Adjustable King Sleep Number bed with separate sleeping area off of it which includes a twin bed with trundle and a pack-and play crib. With 3 other bedrooms as well, the house can sleep 10+ people. Front porch ramp provides wheelchair access to most of the house (3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, dining room, kitchen. One step down to living room).
Local attractions include: Loons Baseball Stadium. World's longest canopy walk, connecting Whiting Forest and Dow Gardens. Midland Center for the Arts. Chippewa Nature Center. Check out the Farmer's Market and weekly events such as Tunes by the Tridge summer concerts. Midland County Fairgrounds are close by. City Forest has sledding hills and a toboggan run during the winter, with biking and walking trails. Plymouth Park has an awesome play area - including a public pool that is open during the summer. Midland hosts national softball, tennis, golf tournaments. The Rail Trail is a popular paved biking trail along the river.
