The outdoor space is amazing! Downstairs, a huge deck spans nearly 800 square feet, featuring an outdoor shower, barbecue pit, table and chairs, and direct private river access, allowing you to easily get in and out of the river right from our property!
As you enter the house, the living area welcomes you with its completely open, high-ceiling design, adorned with a wall of windows and doors that offer breathtaking views of the beautiful river. A large private deck with ample seating extends from the living room. The living room is equipped with a Large Smart TV and high-end furnishings, including a sleeper sofa. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, which features a large table accommodating up to 8 people, and an exquisite, luxury custom kitchen with a stunning island, wine fridge, and all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there's a laundry room and a private tucked-away office area. This level also features a gorgeous, high-end custom full bathroom, perfect for rinsing off after a day by the river, complete with a standing shower with floor-to-ceiling tile, a glass shower door, custom vanity, and a smart mirror.

Not all of our properties accept pets. For properties where pets are allowed, here are a few rules to keep in mind. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay 1. Please keep dogs on leashes. 2. Clean up after your pet, please dispose of all waste in the trash. 3. Please keep dogs in our yard. 4. Pets must have an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times. 5. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. Fees may apply. 6. No Aggressive pets. A Pet Deposit may apply, non-refundable and an additional fee per pet per day charge. PLEASE NOTE : If Pets are brought to the home and no pet deposit is paid prior to arrival, we will charge as mentioned above fees may applies.
