We are on River Road which has lots of Rental locations, rental places you can call that will pick up and drop off, Roy’s Rental & Campground is close by. You will have access to the entire house. The dining table is ready to sit 6 plus 4 at the island. The living room has a sofa and chairs and bench. This house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 convertible sofa beds one located in the living room and one in the game room. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a wonderful vacation.

You will love to our open, bright waterfront luxury retreat on the Guadalupe River! The Schwarz Chateau is a short drive to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, Gruene, & the Whitewater Amphitheater.
You will be amazed at the huge 3 story house overlooking the beautiful river in the Texas Hill County surrounded by huge trees and the river on one side and the Texas Mountains on the other side. Walk into a fully furnished luxury river retreat!

You will have 4-beds, 3-full baths plus a outdoor shower down stairs, you will love entertaining and sipping wine on 3 decks overlooking the river: one downstairs, one off the living & dining room, and a private balcony off the master bedroom. Enjoy private river access for floating directly from our property, and an outdoor shower on the downstairs deck.

Inside, the high-ceiling design offers stunning river views through a wall of windows and doors. The kitchen boasts a huge quartz waterfall island, stainless steel appliances, and floor-to-ceiling cabinets. The dining room overlooks the river with beautiful chandeliers and a table seating 6.

The spacious living room has large picture windows, a Smart TV, and access to the large deck with seating and lounging areas. A full luxury bath with a standing shower, custom vanity, and smart mirror is on this level.

Upstairs, find 4 bedrooms with Smart TVs: a master with a private deck and luxury bath, 2 queen bedrooms with river views, and a game room with a bunk bed and sleeper sofa.

Outside, enjoy a spacious deck with a barbecue grill, chiminea fireplace, and direct river access. A ground-level patio offers more seating, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower.

Parking is available across the street. The property is ideal for tubing, rafting, and paddle boarding with Rockin R nearby. Less than an hour from San Antonio International Airport.

You can Uber or Lyft to and from but there is not public transpiration near by. There are shuttles that will pick up and drop off to float the river that you can schedule or reach out and we can help you schedule.

- Dogs are allowed on the premises for a fee. However, they are not allowed on any furniture, beddings, or blankets. A fine may apply per piece of item or furniture will be paid if it's found.

Not all of our properties accept pets. For properties where pets are allowed, here are a few rules to keep in mind. There is a 2 dog maximum per stay 1. Please keep dogs on leashes. 2. Clean up after your pet, please dispose of all waste in the trash. 3. Please keep dogs in our yard. 4. Pets must have an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times. 5. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. Fees may apply. 6. No Aggressive pets. A Pet Deposit may apply, non-refundable and an additional fee per pet per day charge. PLEASE NOTE : If Pets are brought to the home and no pet deposit is paid prior to arrival, we will charge as mentioned above fees may applies.
