WE LOVE THE BOARDWALK!! It’s a wonderful place to stay!!!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is not our first time to stay at The Boardwalk. We love it that’s why we came back and we plan on staying again next year We enjoy the location and the pool and the beach and the people are friendly and we love that they have food and drink and it’s just all around a beautiful place and that’s why we keep coming back every year we had a wonderful experience and that’s why we keep coming back.

This was a great condo!! My girls absolutely loved the bunk beds and was in them the whole time!! Never wanted to come out of them!! Great location, we went during spring break and didn’t have to worry about the crowds like the other condos we stayed at before. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Was not so clean
As soon as we entered the condo took flip-flops off took 1 step had to put flip-flops and get a broom and start sweeping and got ready for bed went to brush my teeth and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain that well and had a order coming from it. Other than that it was ok we loved the recliners and where they were placed we was able to relax in the cool and enjoy the view of the gulf

Perfect for us .
The view from the balcony was beautiful . The condo was perfect for us . It was clean, all tho, I bought my own disinfectant wipes so I could wipe down door knobs and light fixtures. The check in/out process was pretty simple . Had plenty of cooking utensils and pans. This was the 2nd time renting a unit from the Boardwalk . Never had any problems.

Terrible check out experience
We enjoyed our stay very much with the exception of the check out process. At around 9 am I went down to the lobby to get a luggage cart and when I returned to the unit the door code would not work. I did not have one single thing in my hand. No phone, no keys, no ID. I panicked. I used my daughters phone to call the security desk and they told me I had to go down to RA to get a new code. I felt like the desk clerk was very dismissive about my concern. She did help me but was not apologetic at all about this problem. My daughter is diabetic and her insulin was in the room. This could have been a medical emergency. The clerk suggested that I must have checked in early which I did not. This was a very disturbing experience

Great little Condo
The condo was clean and the decor was cute! Great fridge storage and utensils were great. Three pitchers! The bar and grill by the pool had one of the best hamburgers I have ever eaten! Only improvements would have been the number of carts available in lobby at check in/check out and flexibility of checking in early or late checkouts.

Post Quarantine Vacation 2020
The condo was exactly as pictured. Super cute and had everything we needed. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was great! After being quarantined for 9 weeks we were ready for a beach getaway and this property was perfect!

We would not stay again, they were doing construction on the building,
We should have been told when we booked it that they were under construction, market was not open, had to drive to everything, was not impressed at all. We flew and had to go spend $200.00 on day one, they had no beach towels, basically had nothing in the unit, had to buy everything which we were not expecting. When we made the reservation we called and let them know we were flying in with small children and needed to check in early, had to continue to call was able to get in 45 minutes before check in, had to spend 6 hours waiting to get into unit.

American Royal Getaways is a joke. The condominium is a disaster.
The room was dirty upon arrival with dirtyaundy in bathroom. Housekeeper very ride, and called me a liar. Half the light bulbs were out in condo. Elevators broken and had to carry my two babies up 10 flights of stairs. As soon as we pulled into the garage, we ran out a screw in the parking lot. Im guessing its from all the construction. The overall experience was awful and will never book through Royal American. Its trash.
