Located in a gated, 24-hour security area called Grand Marina Villas, you will find the two-bedroom, two bath condo you have been dreaming of. Overlooking the marina and the pools, your quiet oasis is a short walk to one of the best beaches on Banderas Bay.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed with an en suite bathroom with double sinks and tile shower, and access to your private patio with a view of the manicured gardens. The second bedroom has both a queen and twin bed. Across the hall, you will find another full bath.

Your kitchen has all you need, with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave / convection oven, range top, toaster oven, coffee pot, and all the dishes and utensils you would need. It even has a reverse osmosis water filtration system.

The living room has a smart tv and a couch that trundles into a double bed.

Next door to the complex, there is an air-conditioned shopping mall with restaurants, a bank, shops and even a grocery store. Golfing is available at the near-by El Tigre Golf course that also has a beautiful spa facility.

Nuevo Vallarta is a safe, beautiful destination with wonderful restaurants and beaches and some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. It is a quiet location but is a taxi ride to either Puerto Vallarta or Bucerias if you are in the mood.
