This is an updated and renovated historic home that overlooks the marvelous TOWER GROVE PARK. The home itself is cozy, spacious with smart home amenites and security features. One parking space in garage- locked and alarmed, manicured backyard and outdoor spaces. Bonus basement space and workout area. The walkability in this neighborhhood is amazing and the multitude of neighborhood restaurants and pubs are a major draw. International cuisine on South Grand Blvd - 5 min walk, multiple cafes and pubs within 3-4 mins walk. 6 mins to SSM SLUH, 10 mins to BARNES JEWISH. Under 15 mins to downtown STL, the Arch, Forest Park and sports venues.
